CRCST Ready is run by Ready Exam Prep ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What CRCST Ready is

An independent exam-prep service: practice questions, explanations, mock exams, study guides and an AI tutor.

  • We aren't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA). Exam and credential names belong to their owners and are used only to describe what our material prepares you for.
  • Our material is for exam study. It isn't professional advice and doesn't replace your employer's policies, manufacturers' instructions or the official standards you work to.
  • Passing the real exam depends on you. The only promise we make about results is the pass guarantee in our refund policy.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a plan. One person per account.

Your account

  • Use a real email address and keep your login private.
  • You're responsible for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that share access, scrape or copy content, resell access, or abuse the service. If we close an account for breaking these terms, we don't refund it.

Plans and payment

  • Prices are on the pricing page and are shown before you pay. Stripe processes payments; we never see your card number.
  • Monthly plans renew automatically each month at the price shown until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Billing on your dashboard; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Lifetime and full-course plans are a one-time payment. They give access for as long as we run the service.
  • Refunds follow the refund policy. If you have a billing problem, please email support@crcstready.com before disputing a charge with your bank, so we can fix it quickly.

Content

  • Our questions, explanations and guides are ours and protected by copyright. You may use them for your own study. Don't copy, resell, publish or share them, or use them to train AI models.
  • We work to keep content accurate and up to date, but exam outlines and standards change and mistakes happen. Found one? Use Report a problem under any question.

The AI tutor

The tutor's answers are generated by an AI model. They can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important against the official references. Don't enter personal or patient information into the tutor.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that the content is error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost wages, lost job opportunities or exam fees. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Ending your use

You can stop using the site and close your account at any time by emailing support@crcstready.com. We may change or stop offering the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: support@crcstready.com.
