The pass guarantee

If you buy the lifetime ("Until you pass") plan and don't pass the CRCST exam, we refund what you paid for that plan in full.

To qualify, before your exam you need to:

  1. Finish at least one practice set in all seven CRCST domains.
  2. Finish two full mock exams on this site.
  3. Take the official exam within 12 months of buying.

Your dashboard shows the practice sets and mocks you've finished, and tells you when you qualify.

What counts as finished: a practice set with at least 8 questions answered (or every question, if the set is shorter), and a full mock with at least 90% of its questions answered.

How to claim

Email support@crcstready.com within 7 days of receiving your result with:

  • the email address you used on CRCST Ready, and
  • your official score report, or the result notice from HSPA or its testing provider, showing you did not pass.

We check your study history against the steps above and reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually show up in 5 to 10 business days. Once refunded, your paid access ends.

When the guarantee doesn't apply

  • You didn't sit the exam, or you took it more than 12 months after buying.
  • You didn't finish the steps above before your exam date.
  • The claim arrives more than 7 days after you received your result.
  • The account was shared, or the study history wasn't your own work.
  • You already received a refund or disputed the charge with your bank.

The guarantee covers the price of the plan. It doesn't cover exam fees, retake fees, travel or other costs. One guarantee claim per person.

Monthly plan

You can cancel any time from Billing on your dashboard, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund partial months. The pass guarantee applies to the lifetime ("Until you pass") plan only.

Payment problems

If you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling, email support@crcstready.com and we'll refund the extra charge.
